Simply toast two slices of sourdough bread, while that’s toasting, turn on your stove and grill up some mushrooms. (Should not take long) I like to season mine with either a spicy blend or Tuscan!
Next, cut the avocado and spread in on your toast.
Slide on some grainy mustard, lay down the spinach and rocket, and top it off with the mushrooms, diced tomatoes and a little goat cheese.
Then! Sprinkle those tasty little hemp seeds all over.
Voila! One tasty little dish that’s bursting with flavours, your friends will think you’re a wizard.

- rocket & spinach
- grainy mustard
- goat cheese
- hemp seeds
- salt and pepper to taste
