Lemon Whipped Fetta Dip


Calling all cheese lovers! This bowl will have you licking the bowl clean every time. Quick, easy and ultimately delicious.

Add all ingredients except the Hemp seeds to a blender or a food processor. Blend until mostly smooth. Next, pulse in the hemp seeds for about 10 seconds. Let it sit in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, then serve. Feel free to garnish with more Hemp seeds or fresh herbs.


  • 5 ounces of Fetta crumbles
  • 2 ounces of cream cheese
  • 1 ounce of olive oil
  • 2 ounces of freshly squeeze lemon juice
  • 3 tbs Hemp Seeds
